Mobile Banking Division of Mercantile Bank Limited

Mercantile Bank Limited one of the premier fast track growth oriented Commercial Banks in the private sector is looking for competent and experienced professionals in the following positions to meet the growing activities of Mobile Banking Division as part of its smooth implementation of financial inclusion policy:

1) Unit: Market Strategy & Brand Development (EO -SEO)

Personnel of Market Strategy & Brand Development will be responsible for developing business strategy with proper brand visibility tools, generation of innovative ideas or plans to develop the market.

Required Educational Qualification: Master degree in Business Administration (preferably in Marketing) or relevant degree without any 3rd Division/Class in the academic life.

Experience: Minimum 06 years professional experience in branding and market strategy or related field.

Responsibilities:

To devise & implement yearly Business Plan with the bottom line objective to reach out the services to the clienteles thereby creation of revenue driver along with the value addition in the brand equity of the bank.
To set out KPIs basing on geographical location and targeted segments in all commercial endeavors (i.e. Sales and Distribution, Marketing, Online Communication etc.)
To develop monthly/yearly target as a tool to monitor the performance momentum.
To work closely with Distribution Team in order to provide business insights and explore new business opportunities.

2) Unit: Corporate and Business Collection (EO – SEO)

Personnel of Corporate and Business Collection will be responsible for all kind of corporate business activities. In this area, implementing wholesaling approach of business development the unit head will make liaison and intensify the relationship with the corporate clienteles/MNOs’ in different business segments where necessary as part of ensuring hassle free dispensation of services.

Required Educational Qualification: Master degree in Business Administration (major in Marketing) or relevant degree without any 3rd Division/Class in the academic life.

Experience: Minimum 06 years professional experience in corporate or related field.

Responsibilities:

To maintain relationship with existing and potential business partners.
To build strategic alliance with Mobile Network Operators to implement key strategic projects, services and campaigns to achieve objectives.
To prepare and execute the agreement with new corporate clients.
To ensure Service level of corporate business.
To monitor transaction and successful achievement of tasks.

Candidates having experience in Telecom or any Mobile Financial Service will be given priority. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary and Allowances: As per pay package of the grade of the Bank.

Age : Not exceeding 36 years as on 31.10.2016.

All the positions will report to the Head of Mobile Banking Division.
