- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in reputed banks with minimum five (05) years as Branch Manager
- Strong knowledge in banking / financial services/ Bangladesh Bank compliance issues and real time online banking environment
- Ability to achieve business commitment
- Strong leadership quality with ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Geographic mobility and flexibility
