Job NatureJob Description / Responsibility

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing dealers & customers.
• Set specific market - share objective.
• Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in own territory.
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed the target.
• Daily follows up to resolve discrepancies at dealer point.
• Monitoring competitors' activities & reporting accordingly.
• Preparing various reports as per requirement of the management.

Master degree in any discipline (MBA in marketing will be preferred)
