Job Description / ResponsibilityJob Context

Department: Network Planning/Technology

• Prepare Data Network solution for the IP network expansion in aggregation FO Hubs with a view to all IP network
• Liaise with vendor frequently for the solution finalization and BoQ preparation
• Monitor & review transmission solution for addition of any new network element (AN, CN, VAS, IT nodes)
• Study the latest technology & make feasibility of implementing appropriate technology in the network
• Finalize the HLD (High Level Design) for the new technology or architecture to be incorporated in the transport network
• Provide feedback and reports on monthly actual PO, Master file, capitalization/aging file based on equipment arrival, site wise equipment deployment, on air
• Ensure that transport network KPI's are being met
• Identify issues in the KPI's and come up with solutions
• Maintain efficient IP-MPLS transport network of his assigned function

BSC Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Telecommunication from any reputed UGC approved institute

• 6-8 years of relevant experience with 3-4 years at a managerial role
• Fundamental Knowledge of GSM Technology & Architecture
• Essential Knowledge of IP Transmission and Architecture
• Basis Knowledge of E2E Transmission Design and Dimension
• In depth Knowledge of 3G/LTE Transmission and Architecture
