Akij Food and Beverage Ltd. is a concern of Akij Group, one of the fastest growing FMCG companies in Bangladesh. Currently we are operating 15 renowned brands e.g. Frutika, Mojo, Clemon, Speed, Aafi etc. we are seeking applications from the following positions:

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Brief Job Description:

Develop and implement the brand and marketing strategy for org to support top line growth
Manage overall media selection and optimization of relevant resources to accomplish the marketing goals
Manage entire product lunching program and enhance its visibility
Construct brand strategy and formulate pricing strategy, create long term strategies for understanding the market category and segment
Able to find the gap of consumer need, considering technological possibilities and preparing project planning. Generating new ideas and implement with planning
Develop brand identity and positioning, monitoring and managing the brand performance
Effective media management by developing innovative media activities, controlling media plan, optimizing media spend and upholding the public image of the brand

Education:

MBA from any reputed public/private/foreign Institutes, preferably from IBA-DU
Experience:

12-15 years practical experience in core brand marketing in manufacturing/ FMCG companies, while 2-3 years in the same position as Head of Marketing

Job Title: AGM-Project Management

Brief Job Description:

Forecasting new projects for grasping future business opportunities
Conduct project probability analysis with R&D
Coordinate and collect offers for new machineries, parts and accessories from the concerned local and foreign company
Conduct price negotiation with suppliers, arrange some special procurements for existing and new projects
Arrange purchasing machineries and equipments for project
Arrange for commissioning of the installed machine
Arrange to handing over the project on right time
Arrange BMRE of existing projects

Education:

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferably from any public/reputed institutes/private universities

Experience:

Minimum 10 years practical experience in reputed manufacturing Company, while 3 years in the same position as Project Manager

Additional requirement:
Hands on and sound knowledge in installation of machine and equipment as a part of Project Management in FMCG companies
