Job Description

  • Assist & communicate with supervisor, Compliance. to prepare corrective action plan on noncompliance issues
  • Daily basis round all over the Factory to identify noncompliance issues
  • Monitoring safety compliance, customer compliance, Identify hazardous process and take preventive action.
  • Monitor & ensure fire safety matters all over the factory
  • Arrange monthly fire drill, train people & update the floor wise fire fighter team with identification
  • Collect verbal grievances of workers from floor & send to concern dept.
  • Collect & monitor the report of floor responsible members & send to Compliance Head
  • Prepare the report as per suggestion / complaint of the suggestion boxes & send to Head of IR.
  • To ensure Compliance & discipline in all over the factory at the period of buyer's visit.
  • Manage & prepare audit related documentation prior of different buyers
  • Attend & deal with the auditors of different buyer's & 3rd party audit
  • Arrange and facilitate different meetings & training sessions for mid-level management
  • Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employee/Workers about legal requirements
  • Prepare, produce and submit report as required by the management
  • Regular disbursement of file works after verification as per company COC.
  • Regularly monitor worker wage, incentive, leave, working hour etc. & other pay & rights related matters
  • Maintain environmental sustainability in all through work & work procedures
  • Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace
  • Carry out any other jobs as assigned from management time to time

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements:
    Minimum Graduate from any reputed University (MBA / PGD on Compliance will get preference)
Experience Requirements:
  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas:Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:Garments, Group of Companies
Job Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 35 years
  • The candidate should be dynamic and have good personality
  • Knowledge of Labor Union Management, Bangladesh Labor Law and its amendment, process management, Factory HR administration
  • Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
  • Good intellect and analytical skills
  • Must have good presence and leadership ability
  • Willing to work under pressure & Factory Environment
